By submitting payment you, the Vendor, agree to the following:

• The Vendor must be on location and set up by 7:30am. Successful completion of health inspection is required to participate in the Event.
• The Vendor is required to provide mobile food vending services between 9am and 5pm. Early departure from the event is not allowed.
• The Vendor is solely responsible for having all necessary permits and schedule inspections as required for operation in LA County, CA. Host is not liable for tickets or fines the vendor may receive.
• The Vendor is required to pay a vending fee to Host for participation in this Event. Vending fee is $200.
• Vending spots are not reserved until after the Vendor has filled out this form and submitted payment.
• The vending fee can be refunded to the Vendor if written notice of cancellation is provided to the Host at least 5 days (120 hours) prior to the Event. The vending fee is otherwise non-refundable, including in the event of not passing the health inspection.
• The Vendor must be self-sufficient. No services or utilities can be promised at the Event.
• Alcohol and drugs are not allowed on the premises or during the Event. The Host has a no-tolerance policy. Violators of this policy will be dismissed from the Event and any fees paid will be forfeit.
• Vendor agrees to secure and maintain a commercial general liability insurance policy having limits of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) and Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000) general aggregate, naming SubieEvents, LLC, Los Angeles Turf Club, and their respective parent companies, their subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliated companies and their respective shareholders, members, officers, directors, agents, employees, trustees, receivers, successors, and assigns (“Indemnified Parties”).
• The Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any damages or claims that may arise in the connection with Vendor’s presence at the Event and Vendor’s activities of any kind.

After you receive the confirmation email, please reply back with the following:

• Do you have a LA County Food Permit? If so, what’s the number? (And also upload a copy of the permit)
• How many food handlers / workers will you have on the truck?
• Do you have handwash sinks on the truck?
• Do you meet all requirements to pass a LA County Health Department Inspection?
