Subiefest is expected to gather over 6,000 Subaru enthusiasts. And they come hungry. Want to join us? Fill out the following information:


By submitting payment you, the Vendor, agree to the following:
  • The Vendor must be on location between 7:30am and 7:45am for inspections. Successful completion of safety inspection is required to participate in the Event.
  • The Vendor is required to provide mobile food vending services between 9am and 5pm. Early departure from the event is not allowed.
  • The Vendor is solely responsible for having all necessary permits to vend in Los Angeles County. Host is not liable for tickets or fines the vendor may receive.
  • The Vendor is required to pay a vending fee to Host for participation in this Event. Vending fee is $200 for savory vendors, and $150 for sweet vendors.
  • Vending spots are not reserved until after the Vendor has filled out this form and submitted payment.
  • The vending fee can be refunded to the Vendor if written notice of cancellation is provided to the Host at least 5 days (120 hours) prior to the Event. The vending fee is otherwise nonrefundable.
  • The Vendor must be self-sufficient. No services or utilities can be promised at the Event.
  • Alcohol and drugs are not allowed on the premises or during the Event. The Host has a no-tolerance policy. Violators of this policy will be dismissed from the Event and any fees paid will be forfeit.
  • The Vendor must provide a certificate of insurance with temporary coverage for SubieEvents, LLC as an additionally covered entity for the date of the Event.
  • The Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any damages or claims that may arise in the connection with Vendor’s presence at the Event and Vendor’s activities of any kind.
