Car Description:
Being the third owner of this beautiful classic meant we inherited a lot of the problems like passing smog, replacing missing body parts . We re-built the carburetor from eBay , took roll bar from a parts brat, replaced truck bed carpet, replaced passenger cup handle with a 3D version from the mid west, rear tail lights from Israel, added original optional front bumper guard, re installed front hood emblem, decal from eBay , replaced windshield and windshield gasket, bought jumpseats and head rests to replace missing ones, added off road tires and lights. We’ve made a ton of friends in the Subaru community to get as far as we did with our revitalization project - many thanks to David Melcher, Cult Cricket, Kevin Coates, Yaron Simhony, Hilary Gil, Quinn Benitez, Hirschel Riley, Ewan Parra and all the chat groups on Facebook for the guidance! We were inspired by Bucky and Paris Lasek’s awesome Subaru Brat and the Subaru museum! Thanks for reading this and your appreciation for our Pandaru!!!
