By clicking “I Agree” below to continue, the vendor (“Vendor” or “you”) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions established by SubieEvents, LLC (“SubieEvents”):

• Selling or giving away food or beverages is absolutely not allowed and is forbidden by both local health laws and the venue.
• Only one vendor is allowed to display in each respective area. Absolutely no sharing vendor booths.
• All sponsor packages (except presenting/web/t-shirt) require a giveaway item. Please note the minimum value associated with your package on the sponsor signup page. Hosting a giveaway or prize drawing at your booth is strictly forbidden.
• SubieEvents reserves the right to decline vendors whose products, messaging, or activities are political, ideological, or otherwise inconsistent with maintaining a welcoming, family-friendly, and inclusive event environment.
• Some sponsor packages require you to promote your involvement at the event on Facebook and other social media platforms. SubieEvents will provide you with plenty of content, but you must have the appropriate social media accounts and post the content we provide.
• Vehicles in vendor booths may not participate in the Car Show, Autocross, Exhaust Competition, etc.
• Neither SubieEvents, their sponsors, or agents, are responsible for injury, loss or damage from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by a vendor, employee of the vendor or property belonging to the vendor or vendor’s employee.
• You affirm and agree to hold harmless SubieEvents, its directors, officers, employees, sponsors or agents and assigns from any and all loss, claim, action, suit or liability to third persons (including attorney fees at trial and appeal), from any cause whether directly or indirectly related to this event or this agreement including but not limited to claims for injury to persons including death or destruction of property; whether intentional, negligent or consequential as result of any act or omission or yours, or the officers, director, employees or agents of your business.
• You shall provide SubieEvents, LLC with a certificate of insurance confirming General Liability coverage with limits no less than $1,000,000 per event/$2,000,000 general aggregate and include SubieEvents, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, sponsors or agents as additional insured. Coverage shall be in force during the day of the event.
• If for any reason whatsoever you can no longer participate in the event, including but not limited to the event being cancelled for reasons outside of Vendor’s or SubieEvents’s control, you may choose to apply any amounts deposited to a future event to be held within one year.
